Orders

• We aim to deliver your order within 20–30 minutes.
• Delivery time is an estimate and may vary due to traffic, weather, or vendor delays.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by vendors or external factors.
• Ensure someone is available at the delivery address.
• Failed delivery due to unreachable customer may lead to cancellation without refund.

Payments

• No online payments are accepted through our platform.
• Payment must be made at the time of delivery — either:
  • 💵Cash on Delivery (COD)
  • 📱UPI Payment directly to the delivery person
• Please ensure you have the exact amount or a valid UPI app ready when your order arrives.

Delivery Policy

• We aim to deliver your order within 20–30 minutes.
• Delivery time may vary slightly due to weather, traffic, or stock availability.
• Ensure someone is available to receive the order at the given address.
• If our delivery person cannot reach you after multiple attempts, the order may be cancelled.

• All responsibility for product quality, quantity, freshness, and packaging lies with the vendor.
• We are not liable for damaged, expired, or incorrect items.
• Returns are generally not accepted for perishable items.
• In case of issues, contact us within 2 hours — we will coordinate with the vendor, but final decision lies with them.
